If you have access to manage users you will be able to delete users from your CondoGenie account.
Just follow the following steps.
1. Go to the Administration section
2. Click on the Users and Residents box
3. Click the settings/gear icon next to the users name and then click Edit
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Delete profile button
