If you would like for Message Forum posts to be moderated before they are visible to every users you can do so by enabling Message Forum Moderation.
In order to enable the moderation of Message Forum posts and comments follow the steps below:
1. Go to Administration
2. Click on Global Settings
3. Under the Message Forum section enable: Message forum posts and comments have to be approved by admins before posting
4. Click the Save button
Users that are part of a User Group with all access to Message Forum will receive an email notification when a new Forum Post or Message Forum Comment is created to review it.
