If you would like for Classified posts to be moderated before they are visible to every user you can do so by enabling Classified Moderation.
In order to enable the moderation of Classified posts and comments follow the steps below:
1. Go to Administration
2. Click on Global Settings
3. Under the Classifieds section enable: Classifieds and comments have to be approved by admins before posting
4. Click the Save button
Users that are part of a User Group with all access to Classifieds will receive an email notification when a new Classified post or comment is created to review it.
