At times a document may be created in a software application that you do not have installed on your computer or device. For example Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Pages, Sheets, or other.
When you click on a document link and the document downloads but you cannot open it, that means that you do not have the required application to open the file installed on your computer.
Please contact your board or property manager and ask them to upload the document in a PDF file format.
PDF is a standard format for the web and most computers already have the application to open the file installed.
