THIS FEATURE WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE IF IT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR PLAN.
To send an SMS / Text Message or make an automated Phone Broadcast follow the steps below:
1. Go to the News Announcements feature by clicking News on the main menu
2. Click the Add announcement button on the right hand side of the screen
3. If you do not have SMS/Text Feature activated you'll be asked to click a button to activate it. Click the button.
4. Click the Send SMS/Text Message or Make a phone call tab
5. Type our your message
6. Click the Send SMS/Text Message or Send Phone Broadcast Call button.
7. A sms/text message will be sent or a phone call will be placed for all users that have not opted out of these type of notifications.
