If you do or do not receive e-mail notifications can vary on a few details.
When will you receive an email notification?
- If the content posted was meant for you. Maning that you are part of a User Group that was meant to receive the content.
- If you are subscribed to that content's notifications in your Notification settings (My profile > User settings tab)
When will you NOT receive an email notification?
- If you posted the content you will not receive an email notification
- If you have selected to Receive a daily summary only or Receive a daily administration summary, you will only receive one email notification per day with a summary of events from the previous day. To receive notifications as they happen uncheck these options and click the Save button at the bottom.
- If the content added wasn't meant for you.
- If you marked a previous email notification as Spam
